We have decided it is time to take that inevitable next step to keep us all at safe distances.

We will be closed for in-shop browsing

BUT,

we are planning to still keep the shop open virtually and keep our customer service going, also virtually.

This is how we'll do it.

First, we will stay connected by posting on Instagram and through our newsletter.

It might be about the new needles we are carrying, or a podcast we think you'd like, or ideas for a new project, or maybe something to lighten the moment. We will also send pictures of yarns, notions and such that we carry so you can browse

virtually. If you'd like to purchase anything, call (calls will be forwarded to Ann when no one is

physically in the shop) or email us and we'll get it sent out to you or you can pick up

at our front or back door (with appropriate distance and precautions)

Second, we are having our phone forwarded so that we can stay in touch, even if we are not physically in the shop.

If you want to know if we have something in stock, give us a ring. Or if you have a question about confusing

knitting instructions or a mistake somewhere in your knitting, you'll be happy to know that nearly any

problem like that can be solved over the phone. It might take a few photos back and forth, or a little time to read over the instructions from our end, but we're pretty sure we'll be able to get you through it.

Don't hesitate to call 10-4pm Mon-Sat and if for some reason you

don't get an answer, please, leave a message with your

phone number. We WILL get back to you asap.

It is our intention to do everything in our power to be here once the Covid-19 pandemic has cleared and we are

all given the okay to resume our new normal. Until then, we will stay in touch.

Please stay safe and healthy. We can't wait to see you all in person again soon!

Ann, Sue, Nancy, Helene, Pat and Linda
